We, the students of your school beg most respectfully to state that during our tiffin period we can not assemble for want of a common room. For want of a common room we can not organize any cultural function. But all these are necessary for the improvement of our creativity.

May we, therefore, hope and pray that you would be kind enough to take steps for setting up a common room and oblige thereby.
