We, the students of your school beg to state that the Inter school final football tournament will be played at 4.00 pm between our school and B.M school on our school play ground today. We want to witness the  game and encourage our players.

May we, therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly declare a half-holiday so that we may witness the game and oblige thereby.
