Patient : May I come in, doctor.

Doctor : Yes, come in. please sit down. What is your problem?

Patient : I am feeling feverish to day.

Doctor : Do you feel any pain?

Patient : I have several chest pain.

Doctor : Do you have any other problem?

Patient : I can’t eat any food. Some time I feel vomiting.

Doctor : All right. I am prescribing some medicine. Take it regularly.

Patient : Okey, doctor. Thank you.
